Apply for jobs while you get on with your day
AutoApply finds matching IT jobs at Ukrainian and foreign companies on Djinni, DOU, Work.ua and Robota.ua, writes a cover letter for each one and applies with your CV — on your behalf, within the limits you set.
How it works
- Upload your CV. PDF or DOCX, several versions for different roles. No CV yet? Build one in the CV builder.
- Set your filters. Skills, seniority, salary, city and work format. AI fills them in from your CV — you just check them. Companies and words to avoid go into the stop list.
- Connect the job boards. Djinni and DOU — one click with the Chrome extension, no password needed. Work.ua and Robota.ua — right from their search pages.
- Press “Start”. The bot finds matching jobs and applies on your behalf. You keep an eye on the replies.
What it does
- Only relevant jobs. Stack (“all skills” or “any of them”), seniority, salary, city and work format. Title stop words keep out DevOps or QA if that is not you.
- Foreign companies worldwide. Know English? Turn on one filter and the bot looks for jobs written in English and open to candidates worldwide or in Europe, and writes your letters in English.
- A letter for every job. AI adapts your template to the job and greets the recruiter by name. Plain and human: no corporate fluff, no made-up facts.
- A/B-test your letters. Rotate 2–3 letter versions and see which one gets more replies.
- Application funnel. Found → sent → viewed → replied. The whole history, letters included, in one feed.
- Telegram notifications. A message for every application and reply, a daily digest, and a heads-up when a job-board session needs refreshing.
- Full control. One-click pause, hourly and daily limits, and a CV Scorer with tips for your CV.
- Work.ua and Robota.ua too. The extension adds jobs from a Work.ua or Robota.ua search page and fills the apply form with your letter and CV — you just press “Send”.
- An app on your phone. Add the site to your home screen: its own icon, full screen, Ukrainian, Russian and English.
No CV? Build one in 10 minutes
Fill in the fields and watch the PDF take shape as you type. The finished CV lands in “My CVs”, and the bot attaches it to your applications.
- Three designs: modern, classic, compact
- AI rewrites “About me” and your duties in plain words
- Import from your old CV or LinkedIn profile in one click
- An English version in one click, as a separate file
Safety and honesty
- We never get your Djinni or DOU password — only the session you hand over yourself via the extension.
- Cookies are stored encrypted (AES-256): they cannot be read even from a copy of the database.
- No more than 10 applications per hour and 50 per day, with pauses in between — the bot never spams on your behalf.
- Deleting your account erases everything for good: CVs, letters, history and sessions.
FAQ
Which job boards are supported?
Djinni and DOU — fully automatic. Work.ua and Robota.ua — semi-automatic: these boards do not allow bots, so the extension collects jobs from the page you have open and fills the letter and CV into the form; you press “Send” yourself.
Are there jobs at foreign companies?
Yes. Djinni has many companies from around the world hiring remotely or with relocation. Turn on “Only foreign companies and jobs in English” in your filters: the bot will pick jobs written in English or open to candidates abroad and write letters in English.
Can my job-board account get blocked?
Job boards may restrict automated applications. That is why the default limits are low, the bot pauses between applications and never hides that it is automated. Start with 3–5 applications per hour.
I don’t have a CV. What now?
Open the CV builder: fill in the fields, pick a design and press “Create PDF”. AI helps with the wording and makes an English version in one click.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes: the Pause button on the dashboard, disconnecting a job board or deleting your account all take effect immediately.
How do I prepare for an interview?
Open “AI interview”, pick a job from your applications or paste its description, and copy the prompt into your AI chat. The AI asks questions for that exact job and reviews your answers at the end. It is free.
