## How AutoApply works with Robota.ua

As with Work.ua, this is semi-automatic: Robota.ua does not allow bots. The Chrome extension collects jobs from the search page you opened, the service checks them against your filters, the AI writes a letter, and the extension puts the letter and CV into the form.

## Who it is for

- People looking beyond product IT companies: banks, retail, logistics and the public sector often post their IT jobs on Robota.ua.
- Juniors and career switchers: there are more jobs without strict experience requirements.
- People who already use Djinni and DOU and want to cover more of the market without extra time.

## How to pass the first HR filter

Robota.ua jobs are often screened first by an HR person. Write in the language of the job, use the same technology names as the post, and give your experience in years. More in [how to pass a recruiter screening](https://autoapply.edinstvenij.cc/en/blog/recruiter-screening).
