## What job posts ask for most

- A forklift operator licence
- Experience with electric or gas forklifts, stackers and reach trucks
- Working with a scanner and warehouse software (WMS)
- Shift work, including night shifts
- A medical certificate, care and following safety rules

## How to set up filters in AutoApply

Put the job's words in the "Keywords in the job" field, not only technologies: "навантажувач", "погрузчик", "forklift", "reach truck". Choose the "at least one" mode and add your city to the locations.

Stop words in the job title drop what does not fit you: for example "вахта" (rotation work) if you do not want to move to another city, or "abroad" if you want a job in Ukraine.

These jobs are mostly on [Work.ua](https://autoapply.edinstvenij.cc/en/work-ua) and [Robota.ua](https://autoapply.edinstvenij.cc/en/robota-ua). Those sites do not allow bots, so applications there are semi-automatic: the Chrome extension collects jobs from the search page, the AI writes a letter for each, and you press "Send". That is still several times faster than by hand.

## A short sample letter

The employer reads the first lines, so the letter must be short and concrete. A sample the AI adapts to each job:

"Hello! I am writing about the forklift driver position. I hold a licence and have four years of warehouse experience with a supermarket chain: electric forklift and reach truck, scanner work. I am ready for shift work and can start soon."

## A sample CV

A short one-page CV that gets past the first look. You can build one in the AutoApply CV builder in 10 minutes:

- **Title:** Forklift driver
- **Summary:** 4 years in a supermarket chain warehouse, shift work, no safety violations.
- **Experience:** Fora distribution centre, 2021 to now: unloading trucks, placing pallets up to 10 m high, picking orders with a scanner.
- **Machines:** electric forklift, gas forklift, reach truck, stacker, pallet jack.
- **Documents:** forklift operator licence, medical certificate, category B driving licence.

## Interview questions

- Which machines have you driven, and how high have you lifted loads?
- What do you check on the forklift before a shift?
- How do you move a pallet safely when the load blocks your view?
- Have you worked with a scanner and warehouse software?
- Are you ready for night shifts, and how will you get to the warehouse?

## Tips

- Put your licence and the machines you have driven in the first line: that is what employers check first.
- Mention your district or city: warehouses often hire people with an easy commute.
- A one-page CV is enough; you can put one together in the AutoApply CV builder.

## FAQ

### Does AutoApply work for blue-collar jobs?

### Do I need a CV?

It helps: an application with a CV looks more serious. If you do not have one, build it in the AutoApply CV builder in a few minutes.
