Jobs for a recruiter or HR: search and automatic applications

There are plenty of HR jobs both in IT companies on Djinni and DOU and in retail, manufacturing and logistics on Work.ua. Here is how to set up the search so the bot applies where your experience counts.

What job posts ask for most

How to set up filters in AutoApply

Put keywords in the "Keywords in the job" field, not only technologies: "Recruiter", "HR", "talent acquisition". The "at least one" mode gives you every HR job, not only those that mention all the words together.

Stop words in the job title drop what does not fit you: for example "HR Director" or "Head of" if you are looking one level lower, or "Sales" to stay out of sales jobs.

A short sample letter

The employer reads the first lines, so the letter must be short and concrete. A sample the AI adapts to each job:

"Hello! I am writing about the IT Recruiter position. For two years I have filled technical roles end to end: 34 hires last year, 12 of them senior developers. I work with LinkedIn Recruiter and Huntflow. I would be glad to talk."

Tips

FAQ

Are there HR jobs on Djinni?

Yes, Djinni has HR and Recruiter categories. The bot checks every job, and your keywords pick the right ones.

How is this different from a personnel officer?

HR is about hiring and people; a personnel officer handles records and paperwork. That has its own page: personnel department jobs.
